Red Tractor Family Farm Meats Ltd.

Hi again.  It’s been ages since I have posted.  I

want to thank the wonderful folks I have gotten

to know through working with the good people

at the Red Tractor.  This winter I have been

making the scenic drive to Edson about once a

month to make deliveries of our Red Tractor

products and plan to continue through the

remainder of winter.  Mother Nature’s Whey

in Edson has been kind enough to provide

their customers, who are interested, with our

product list so a big thank-you from me!

The new weekly newspaper in Whitecourt, the

Whitecourt Press, has a classified ad for the

Red Tractor this week with my contact information and

we are planning to place an ad about an upcoming

sale and they have been super to work with.  I am

wishing them much success with their new

endeavor.

Here is a meal idea you may not be aware of…

The exotic chicken burgers are made with apricot

and coconut, and since I lack BBQ skills even when

it is summery outside, to my relief, I am able to

make the exotic burgers in a baking dish with

olive oil, and onion slices in a 375 oven in about

45 minutes.  Another product, the Chicken Rosemary

Garlic sausages are so good and the lack of leftovers

tell me that I am not alone in my opinion.

With winter swiftly approaching, we have

decided to change things up a bit.  Tuesday,

November 1st, we will not be at the Canadian

Tire parking lot, and weather permitting, we

will be there on Friday, November 4th, 2011.

That may be the last day this year that we will

have the Red Tractor trailer at Canadian Tire.
